Project Director – Commercial Fit Out
The Role
The Shore Group have been assigned on behalf of a £80 Million + turnover Main Contractor that specialise in both CAT A and CAT B Office Fit Out projects across London. Our client is seeking to appoint a Project Director to oversee the project lifecycle from tender to completion.
This is a high-impact leadership role, overseeing a portfolio of cut and carve office fit-out projects, each valued between £10 Million – £30 Million.
This position would suit those currently operating at Senior Project Management level with a desire to increase both their delivery responsibility and client facing exposure.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Experience of overseeing cut and carve office fit out projects within a minimum value of £10 Million
- Must have experience in both CAT A & CAT B
- The ability to manage complex project demands, balancing quality, budget, and programme constraints
- A strong leadership approach, capable of mentoring and developing high-performing teams
