The Opportunity
The Shore Group are a multi-service, sector-driven business, seeking a Quantity Surveyor to oversee the commercials on our £10million, 10-storey student accommodation scheme in Exeter. This is an excellent opportunity to join the project at a key stage - preconstruction has just completed, procurement is underway, and construction is due to commence July 2026, with an anticipated 18-month programme. You will report to the Project Manager and play a pivotal role in the commercial management of the scheme, helping to drive value and support successful project delivery under a Construction Management contract.
You MUST have experience working at Quantity Surveyor level on a multi-storey Residential or Student Accommodation block, preferably valued in excess of £7million.
