The Shore Group has been retained to appoint an Operations Director for a leading Design and Build Office Fit Out company located in London.
With a strong platform already in place, the business is entering its next stage of growth.
The Board is now seeking an experienced operational leader capable of scaling performance, strengthening delivery capability and helping drive the business forward as it continues to win increasingly complex and high-profile projects.
We're interested in speaking with Construction Directors, Project Directors, Operations Directors and senior delivery leaders who have built their reputation within leading workplace Design & Build environments.
The Role
Reporting directly to the Board, you will take ownership of project delivery performance across the business.
You'll lead senior project teams, drive operational excellence, improve profitability and help shape the strategy for the next phase of growth.
Just as importantly, you'll play a visible role with clients, consultants and project teams, ensuring the business continues to deliver the standard of service and quality that has become synonymous with its brand.
We're Looking For
You are likely to be:
- A Construction Director, Operations Director or Project Director within a workplace Design & Build business.
- Leading the delivery of CAT A and CAT B workplace projects.
- Responsible for multiple concurrent projects and project teams.
- Commercially aware and comfortable owning performance, profitability and client outcomes.
- Respected internally as a leader who builds high-performing teams and gets the best from people.
- Ambitious enough to want a genuine voice in how a business evolves.
