We’re seeking a Commercial Manager to manage commercial operations across multiple project packages, driving performance, and building strong stakeholder relationships

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Head Contracts: Changes, applications, entitlements, and cash flow
• Identify and mitigate risks, and maximize opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders
• Provide commercial insights and manage performance across packages
• Negotiate contracts in line with budgets and forecasts
• Mentor and manage commercial staff; deputize for senior roles when needed

Requirement

• Expertise in contract administration and technical commercial matters
• Strong industry knowledge, including sub-contractor markets and risks
• Proven ability to drive positive cost/value outcomes
• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or equivalent (RICS/CIOB membership preferred)
• Experience managing teams and delivering in high-pressure environments
