We are recruiting experienced Working Supervisors to deliver new store builds and refits across Maidstone and surrounding areas. This is a handsâon supervisory role, ideal for someone from a strong internals / fitâout background who can lead from the front while managing programme, team, and Health & Safety.
We are looking to take on supervisors for the foreseeable future and are committed to investing in your training and development. Day and night shifts will be part of the role.
Key Responsibilities- Lead as the Working Supervisor on shopfitting and retail fitâout projects
- Handsâon involvement while supervising daily site operations
- Manage programme, scheduling, and sequencing of works
- Ensure full Health & Safety compliance in line with company procedures
- Deliver both new store builds and refit projects
- Clientâfacing, liaising professionally with store managers and client representatives
- Coordinate subcontractors and site deliveries
- Monitor quality and standards
- Proven experience in shopfitting / retail fitâout
- Internals background preferred
- SMSTS or SSSTS essential
- Confident communicator, professional and clientâfacing
- Strong organisational skills and Health & Safety awareness
- Own van required
- Fuel paid
