- Proven ability to engage, influence, and build trust with C‑suite stakeholders, converting business objectives into clear commercial propositions and actionable design and delivery strategies.
- Demonstrated success in driving divisional growth, through both the acquisition of new client relationships and the expansion of strategic accounts to secure repeat business.
- A consistent record of securing and overseeing major D&B projects in the £5m–£25m range, ensuring profitability, quality, and delivery excellence.
- Experienced in leading multiple high‑value projects and teams concurrently, maintaining strategic oversight, operational control, and commercial precision across a dynamic portfolio.
