The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.
The Shore Group have been retained on behalf of a £200 Million + Tier 1 Fit Out Main Contractor to recruit a Divisional Commercial Director. This position will commercially lead their Retrofit / Cut and Carve Office Fit Out projects with individual project values from £15 Million - £50 Million. This is a distinctive opportunity which will enable you to run your divisions autonomously, whilst being supported by a talented and dedicated leadership team.
As well as your commercial responsibilities, you will work with the MD to grow headcount and generate opportunities through relationships with both your existing and current professional relationships. Due to the nature of the position, you will ideally match the following:
- Currently working for a respected Traditional Fit-Out business.
- Alternatively, working for a Top Tier Main Contractor within the Commercial Fit Out Division (CAT A and CAT B).
- Experience of acting as a commercial lead on Commercial/Office Fit Out projects £10 Million +.
- Must have experience of commercially managing Cut & Carve projects and understand structures, cladding and external works.
- Experience of building strong relationships with supply chains.
- Experience interfacing with clients and their professional teams to build professional relationships.
