The Shore Group have partnered with a highly regarded Workplace Fit Out Contractor who are seeking a Business Development Director to help shape the next stage of its growth. This is a strategic appointment focused on strengthening the company's presence within the professional consultancy community, deepening key industry relationships and ensuring the business is engaged in major workplace opportunities at the earliest stages of project development.
The Position
Our client has an established reputation for delivering outstanding workplace projects and is now looking for an individual who can leverage long-standing relationships within the professional consultancy community to generate meaningful opportunities and convert them into project wins.
This position will suit a senior business development professional currently working within the commercial fit out, workplace interiors or design & build sector who is recognised for opening doors, creating opportunities and influencing key decision makers across the professional market.
Most importantly, your network will be built around professional consultants and influencers, rather than commercial property agents.
You will have established a strong reputation within the workplace sector, leveraging trusted relationships and market insight to create opportunities, influence project pipelines and secure work through professional consultant channels. Your ability to engage with key decision makers and build lasting partnerships will have been instrumental in driving sustained business growth and project success.
