The Shore Group is seeking an experienced MEP Manager for a major Central London project converting an office block into residential apartments. You will lead MEP coordination, manage snagging and drive the handover process on a scheme valued at over 6m for the MEP package, with overall project value around 30m.
Based on site, you will chair progress meetings, ensure H&S compliance, maintain QA records, and coordinate commissioning and client reporting through handover to the client by December
