Finishing Manager – CAT B office Fitout - LEEDS! Leading Tier 1 Fitout Contractor

Contract Length: Circa 6-8 weeks

The Shore Group are working with a Leading Tier 1 Fitout Contractor, who are seeking an experienced Finishing Manager to join their 5-floor CAT B office fitout project in Leeds. This is a key role responsible for driving the final stages of the project through to successful handover, ensuring exceptional quality and client satisfaction. My Client is looking to bring this individual on ASAP, on a 6-8 week contract.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee all finishing trades
- Manage snagging process and ensure timely close-out
- Coordinate subcontractors to maintain programme
- Ensure all works meet design specs and high-quality standards
- Conduct regular inspections and support project handover
- Liaise with the client and project team during final delivery phase
- Proven experience as a Finishing Manager on (preferably) CAT B fitout projects
- Strong eye for detail and quality control
- Ability to manage multiple trades in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- SMSTS
- CSCS
