Finishing Manager – Office Fit Out (Farringdon) 3-Month Contract | Leading Office Fit Out Contractor We are recruiting on behalf of a major office fit-out contractor for an experienced Finishing Manager to support a high-end commercial project in Farringdon. The Role: You will take ownership of all finishing works on a fast-paced CAT A/CAT B office fit-out, ensuring quality, programme, and snag-free delivery. Working closely with the Site Manager and wider delivery team, you\’ll drive standards on-site and coordinate subcontractors through to handover. Key Responsibilities: * Manage and oversee all finishing trades * Ensure high-quality workmanship across all final stages * Lead snagging, de-snagging and quality inspections * Push programme and coordinate subcontractors daily * Maintain strong H&S standards and site presentation * Support handover documentation and client walk-throughs Requirements: * Proven experience as a Finishing Manager on office fit-out projects * Strong eye for detail and commitment to quality * Ability to drive teams and push programme * Solid understanding of H&S and site processes * Available to start immediately or on short notice Contract Details: * Location: Farringdon * Duration: 3 months * Project: High-end office fit out
