Job Description Shore Executive have been assigned on behalf of a Commerical Fit Out Main Contractor who specialise in both CAT A and CAT B workplace projects. This is a newly created position titled Head of Fit Out where the successful individual will oversee all CAT B projects both tendered and delivered for the business. Reporting to the Managing Director, this person will be responsible for orchestrating the tender process through to project handover which will include managing the client relationship and developing both existing and new relationships with the professional fraternity (Project Management Consultancies, Architectural and Design Firms). This is a distinctive opportunity which will enable you to run your divisions autonomously, whilst being supported by a talented and dedicated leadership team.
