Title: Designer Leader - D&B Location: Birmingham area The Shore Group has partnering with a £35 Million D&B Company that specialises in the design and delivery CAT B office fit-out projects. As part of their strategic growth plan to expand project value and increase turnover, they are seeking to appoint a Designer Leader - D&B. This pivotal role will strengthen their existing design capabilities, support work-winning strategies, and lead the creative direction of client-facing design pitches. Due to the nature of the role, you will ideally match the following: Currently employed within a reputable architectural practice or turnkey Design & Build Fit Out company with a focus on CAT A and CAT B workplace projects position.
