We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager on behalf of one of our clients to oversee roofing and external works projects across London and Surrey. This is a hands-on role for a commercial professional who thrives managing multiple contracts, delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of contracts for roofing, façade, and external works projects.
  • Prepare and review contract documentation, valuations, and variations.
  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and site teams to resolve commercial and contractual issues.
  • Monitor project budgets, costs, and forecasts to ensure profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety, quality, and contractual obligations.
  • Support the operations team to improve project delivery and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing contracts specifically in roofing, cladding, or external building works.
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts, commercial management, and procurement processes.
