Overview:
The Shore Group have been appointed on behalf of an £90 Million + Main Contractor to recruit a Construction Director to lead and oversee their commercial fit-out projects.
Our client is looking for a delivery-focused leader with extensive experience managing cut and carve projects, encompassing both CAT A and CAT B fit-outs. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of up to six projects valued between £8M–£35M.
A key aspect of the role is building and maintaining strong client and professional relationships while ensuring exceptional aftercare for every project.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader to advance within a growing company, with a pathway to Operations Director for those who excel.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience working for a Tier 1 Main Contractor, leading office fit-out projects (£10M–£40M).
- Demonstrated ability to manage the full tendering process.
- Experience managing multiple office projects simultaneously.
- Hands-on experience delivering both CAT A and CAT B projects.
- Currently operating at Director level with leadership of large delivery teams.
- Confident in engaging with external professionals, including architects and consultants.
