Commercial Manager – Premier Construction Company Join a leading construction company with a simple purpose: delivering excellence. We’re seeking a Commercial Manager to manage commercial operations across multiple project packages, driving performance, and building strong stakeholder relationships. Key Responsibilities Manage Head Contracts : Changes, applications, entitlements, and cash flow. Identify and mitigate risks, and maximize opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders. Provide commercial insights and manage performance across packages. Negotiate contracts in line with budgets and forecasts. Mentor and manage commercial staff; deputize for senior roles when needed.
