The Shore Group has partnered with a fast-growing Design & Build Office Fit-Out Contractor to appoint a high-calibre Project Director to join their expanding, award-winning team. This is a highly client-centric leadership role, offering full ownership of the project journey from initial engagement through to successful handover.

Working closely with pre-construction, design, and business development teams, you will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless, professional, and value-driven experience at every stage. You will play a pivotal role in shaping client relationships, driving project success, and supporting the continued growth of the business. This opportunity is ideally suited to commercially minded professionals with a strong business development background who are ready to step into a senior leadership position with end-to-end responsibility.

  • Proven experience within a leading Design & Build environment, specialising in commercial office fit-out
  • Strong capability engaging with C-suite stakeholders, translating complex business objectives into clear, deliverable design briefs
  • A successful track record in developing new client relationships while managing existing accounts to drive repeat business
  • Demonstrable history of securing and delivering projects between £5 Million - £25 Million
  • Confidence leading multiple concurrent projects, maintaining agility, control, and precision throughout delivery
