The Shore Group have been retained by a ÂŁ200m+ Tier 1 Main Contractor to appoint a Divisional Operations Director to lead and develop their Construction and Retrofit division. This is a key strategic hire within the business.
As Divisional Operations Director, you will report directly to the Board and take full operational responsibility for multiple specialist delivery directors. You will provide leadership across both live projects and future pipeline activities, ensuring operational excellence, commercial robustness, and consistent, high‑quality delivery across the division.
You will lead and manage a high‑performing team of Project Directors, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest standards.
