The Shore Group have been retained on behalf of a £200 Million + Tier 1 Fit Out Main Contractor to recruit a Divisional Commercial Director. This position will commercially lead their Retrofit / Cut and Carve Office Fit Out projects with individual project values from £15 Million - £50 Million.
As well as your commercial responsibilities, you will work with the MD to grow headcount and generate opportunities through relationships with both your existing and current professional relationships.
- Experience of acting as a commercial lead on Commercial/Office Fit Out projects £10 Million +
- Must have experience of commercially managing Cut & Carve projects and understand structures, cladding and external works
- Experience of building strong relationships with supply chains
