A leading UK Design & Build office fitout contractor is looking to take on a Senior Project Manager to oversee a £10 million CAT B office fitout in Bristol. The successful candidate MUST have a strong office fitout background and proven experience overseeing complete CAT B office fitouts around £10 million in value!
This contract will commence at the start of May, providing you with a minimum of 6 months work with potential extension.
Requirements – You MUST have:
- Experience working for a leading UK D&B fit-out contractor
- SMSTS
- CSCS
- First Aid at Work certificate
- Asbestos Awareness certificate
