The Shore Group are working with a Sussex-based fit-out contractor who is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a fitout and refurbishment project at Brighton MET College. This individual will act as the No.1 on site for this fast-paced £1.5 million project, reporting into a visiting Contracts Manager. Note: Strong M&E knowledge is highly desirable.
Project Scope
- Refurbishment of the 1st floor
- New fitout of the ground floor entrance area, including:
- New vinyl flooring
- New ceilings
- New lighting installation
- New wall finishes/decorations
- Integration of CCTV within allocated locker spaces
- New FF&E
- Installation of new catering equipment
- Demolition works
- Glazing
- M&E works including new power, lighting, CCTV, and access control systems
