Working Site Manager – Retail Fit-Out & Shopfitting Location: East Midlands Employment Type: Full-Time Shifts: Day & Night Work Required We are seeking experienced Working Supervisors to join our growing team, delivering high-quality retail fit-out, refurbishment, and new store build projects across the East Midlands. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideally suited to someone with a strong shopfitting, interiors, or retail fit-out background who is comfortable supervising site operations while actively contributing to the work on site. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards. We have a steady pipeline of work and are looking for supervisors to join us on a long-term basis, with ongoing opportunities for training, development, and career progression.
