Stretton Shires School in the heart of Rutland is seeking dedicated staff to support autistic pupils aged 11β18.
You will provide personalised assistance in line with EHCPs and help pupils develop communication, social, emotional and independence skills.
Work closely with teachers, therapists and families to create engaging, inclusive learning experiences in a calm, safe environment.
A full UK driving licence is required, and prior experience is desirable but training will be provided.
