Job Description:
This role involves supporting individuals with autism and complex needs in a residential setting. Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, supporting appointments, completing paperwork, and engaging occupants in tasks and activities. The Opportunity
Our next Childrens Support Worker will be someone who has:

Some of your duties would include:
- Supporting the occupants to appointments and activities such as shopping or trips out
- Completing relevant paperwork
- Undertaking household tasks
- Engaging our occupants in tasks and activities
The Location
Options Autism, part of Outcomes First Group, are recruiting Childrens Support Workers within the Rutland area.
The Shires is a nine-bed registered accommodation supporting individuals aged 11 – 19 years. We aim to build incredible futures by providing opportunities, developing life skills, and personal interests.
Based in Stretton, our location is within commuting distance from Peterborough, Grantham, and Melton Mowbray.
Our residential homes are friendly and fun, dedicated to creating rewarding experiences for those we support and our team.
