The Shipowners’ Club is seeking a Head of Underwriting to lead our underwriting syndicates in Europe and Africa. This permanent role reports to the Commercial Director and focuses on profitable growth, team development, and data-driven decision making.
The position supports a hybrid working model with two days in the office after probation. We require significant P&I underwriting experience, strong leadership, and the ability to build lasting relationships with Members and brokers.
