The Role
As Assistant Manager, you'll work closely with the General Manager to help lead the day-to-day operation of the business. You'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, supporting and developing the team, and ensuring every shift runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager with the daily running of the business
- Lead and motivate the front of house team
- Deliver outstanding customer service at every opportunity
- Ensure high standards are maintained throughout the venue
- Manage shifts and act as Manager on Duty when required
- Support staff training and development
- Assist with stock control and maintaining GP targets
- Ensure compliance with food safety and health & safety standards
About You
- Previous supervisory or management experience within hospitality
- Passionate about customer service
