It is also supported by one of the biggest calendar events for Fuller’s. The successful candidate will have strong organisational, leadership and communication skills, and be able to build strong working relationships with the senior team to plan for a range of different events and bookings. These include:
- Weddings - The Ship Inn Langstone has a full wedding licence
- Fireworks / Raft race - Large free public events
- Private dining - Tasting evenings / Themed nights
- Associated food for sporting events - Premium Sports TNT / World Cup large screen fan zone
- Wakes
Refreshing the menu and specials throughout the year, with a coastal and seasonal focus. The culture at The Ship is built around a strong ethos of working together. Both the front-of-house and back-of-house teams understand the “one team” mentality and the benefits it brings to everyone. The Ship stays busy throughout the year, supported by a Sales and Events Manager, as well as its location and reputation. Operating times are from 10.00 - 23.00 daily, including breakfast, with senior team start times from 08.00. We are looking for someone who wants to build their career and progress with us over time.
