As Quality Manager at our Bolton site, you will be responsible for all audits, controls, and corrective actions, maintaining accurate records and providing excellent communication. This role is ideal for someone with Quality Assurance and Quality Control experience, preferably from a similar environment.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and maintaining documented work instructions to aid training and coaching.
  2. Responding to external system assessments or audits.
  3. Coordinating CP forms submissions, providing reports and analysis.
  4. Planning and executing annual audit programs, including questionnaire development and record keeping.
  5. Managing corrective actions and providing analysis to QRT.
  6. Evaluating data for concessionary passes and making recommendations.
  7. Serving as secretary for QRT and providing data summaries.
  8. Gathering market feedback through questionnaires.
  9. Designing questionnaires for supplier assessments and managing data reports.
  10. Maintaining accurate records for complaints, audits, and ISO standards.
  11. Utilizing software like Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  12. Participating in departmental partnerships and cross-functional teams.
  13. Assisting in developing departmental quality manuals.
  14. Designing and delivering training for external visitors and clients.
  15. Fostering a team culture and supporting individual development.
  16. Ensuring effective communication within and across teams.
  17. Implementing health & safety and security protocols proactively.
  18. Having experience in a similar manufacturing role.
  19. Being self-motivated, driven, and possessing good commercial understanding.
  20. Leading teams effectively with strong interpersonal skills.
  21. Making decisions, solving problems, and managing change.
  22. Developing others with enthusiasm and patience.
  23. Analyzing data to inform actions and drive improvements.
  24. Upholding high standards of professionalism and ethics.
