We are currently recruiting for a Director of Revenue to join our team. Reporting directly to the General Manager, with a dotted line to the above property team, this is an exciting role for a talented individual who is looking for career growth and for the opportunity to open a Hotel in Mayfair, London.
What we offer:
- £60,000 + Service Charge + Bonus
- Permanent, full-time contract (40hrs per week)
As Director of Revenue, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a data-driven, systems-led revenue strategy that will maximise revenue and deliver strong financial performance. You will take full ownership of revenue systems including Opera PMS, Duetto RMS, and channel distribution platforms, ensuring accurate rate mapping, inventory control, and reservation flow across all channels. As well as inventory management, analysing data, forecasting demand and looking for opportunities across all segments, you will lead a small Reservations Team that includes a Reservations Manager.
The ideal candidate must have the following experience:
- Strong working knowledge of Opera PMS (essential)
- Advanced experience using Duetto (or equivalent RMS) to drive pricing strategy
- Proven experience in rate mapping, channel management, and distribution optimisation
- Deep understanding of reservations processes, booking flows, and inventory controls
