Salary - £32,000 per annum As Concierge Supervisor, you lead the luggage porters and own the arrival and departure experience at The Shepherd Mayfair.
You set the standard across the entrance and lobby, making sure every guest is welcomed in a way that is warm, professional and personalised.
You lead by example, coaching and supporting the Luggage Porters to deliver attentive, polished service throughout the guest journey, from the first welcome to a genuine farewell.
Reporting to the Head Concierge, this is a hands-on, guest-facing role.
You handle every request efficiently and professionally, in person or over the telephone.
The ideal candidate has supervisory or senior front-of-house experience, is a natural leader who connects easily with people, and brings genuine knowledge of London.
Responsibilities of a Concierge Supervisor will include but are not limited to: Lead the concierge team day to day, setting a clear example across the entrance, lobby and throughout the guest journey.
Coach, support and develop the luggage porters, helping them grow and deliver consistent, attentive service.
Run daily briefings and shift handovers, keeping the team aware of expected arrivals, departures, VIPs and returning guests.
