We are looking for a self-motivated, proactive and passionate People & Culture Manager to join our Truly Talented team at The Shepherd Mayfair.

The role:
The People & Culture Manager role will take the lead and provide comprehensive and confidential People & Culture support, contributing to our business goals whilst developing and maintaining positive relationships. The role provides consistently high standard support, both administrative and non-administrative to the People department, actively driving our goal of becoming an employer of choice. The role will report to General Manager. Building a strong relationship with the stakeholders, managers, and all colleagues will be essential.
The core skills and experience required to succeed:
- Truly passionate about the Hospitality Industry with a genuine passion and a creative flair
- Previous experience in HR and Recruitment is required
- Team player who communicates well with all colleagues
- Punctual, reliable and trustworthy
- Previous experience within the hospitality or service-based industry would be ideal but not essential
- To be an enthusiastic team player with a flexible approach
