People & Culture Manager - Mayfair - New Opening in City of Westminster

The Shepherd Mayfair is perfectly located on the western edge of Shepherd’s Market, moments from iconic landmarks like Park Lane, Hyde Park, Green Park, and Knightsbridge, and within walking distance of Piccadilly. We are looking for a self-motivated, proactive and passionate People & Culture Manager to join our Truly Talented team at The Shepherd Mayfair.

The role:

The People & Culture Manager role will take the lead and provide comprehensive and confidential People & Culture support, contributing to our business goals whilst developing and maintaining positive relationships. The role provides consistently high standard support, both administrative and non-administrative to the People department, actively driving our goal of becoming an employer of choice. The role will report to General Manager. Building a strong relationship with the stakeholders, managers, and all colleagues will be essential.

The core skills and experience required to succeed:

• Truly passionate about the Hospitality Industry with a genuine passion and a creative flair
• Previous experience in HR and Recruitment is required
• Team player who communicates well with all colleagues
• Punctual, reliable and trustworthy
• Previous experience within the hospitality or service-based industry would be ideal but not essential
• To be an enthusiastic team player with a flexible approach
