Fundraising & Communications Manager Full or Part Time considered in Essex

PART TIME available for two people - Drive our funding and champion our mission through content and campaigns. ShelterMK is looking for a dynamic fundraiser and creative communicator to drive income growth, strengthen our brand, and build powerful partnerships that change lives. We’re open to one full‑time role or two part‑time specialists from experienced people with proven success in one or both specialisms. Lead fundraising across corporate, trusts and community income Build long‑term partnerships and a strong Trusts & Foundations pipeline Deliver impactful digital comms and compelling stories (internal and external) Grow our profile, influence local housing systems, and support advocacy Use data and insight to strengthen campaigns and cases for support Proven fundraising and/or communications experience Experienced in fundraising (corporate, trusts, or community for a minimum of 2 years) and/or Skilled in marketing and communications Comfortable using data to inform decisions and provide detailed progress reports Organised, focused, and able to manage multiple projects Passionate about preventing homelessness and supporting vulnerable people Experience in housing or homelessness is a bonus, not a requirement.
