The Sheffield Royal Society for the Blind is seeking a part-time Community Advice Officer to support visually impaired people in Sheffield and sensory impaired people in the Rotherham area. The role is 22.5 hours per week with flexibility across Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm.
Responsibilities include visiting clients at home to advise on aids, liaising with Social Services, assisting with welfare benefit applications, and completing assessments.
