This role will specifically support our ambitions for growth and ensuring high quality in our technical further education and skills provision. Responsible for ensuring that all students achieve their potential and continue to develop work related skills whilst at the college and improving and maintaining the quality of provision in the Academy.

\n

Key Objectives:

\n

The current key objectives for the role are:

\n

    \n
  • Improving and maintaining the quality of the provision in the academy so that it is rated at least Good by OFSTED or self-assessed to be at least Good by the college.

\n\n

    \n
  • Improving student outcomes on all study programme aspects so that pass rates are maintained at or above National Rates.

\n\n

    \n
  • Ensuring that Academy growth targets are met, in line with the colleges strategy (to 2025).

\n\n

    \n
  • Lead the achievement of Academy KPIs, including growth and efficiency targets as set during the colleges annual Business Planning process.

\n\n

What we can offer you

As the successful candidate, you will be offered a salary of between £54,028 - £62,633per annum based upon a combination of the skills, knowledge and experience that you can bring to the role.
