The Opportunity

We are looking for an inspiring Associate Lecturer in Maths to join our talent pool and deliver engaging, high-quality teaching to ESOL students. This role involves supporting a specified module or modules, including the preparation and delivery of lectures, workshops, and practical sessions. This is a zero-hours contract with regular working hours to be confirmed at interview. This is a temporary post until the 31st of July 2026.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Delivering scheduled teaching and learning sessions
  • Preparing high-quality learning materials
  • Designing and marking assessments, alongside moderation duties
  • Contributing to curriculum design and continuous quality improvement
  • Providing student support and supervising independent study
  • Attending programme and team meetings
  • Participating in CPD activities to enhance your practice
  • Supporting student monitoring, reporting, course review and evaluation
  • Taking part in quality assurance processes
