About the Role
As a Personal Tutor you will play a pivotal role in supporting our ambitions to provide all students with the best possible experience at the College. This role will help improve outcomes for all academy students through formal 121s and other pastoral interventions, participation and satisfaction rates and maintaining positive destinations of students, including through internal progression and UCAS applications.
- Deliver 121s and pastoral interventions to improve student outcomes and satisfaction.
- Support internal progression and UCAS applications.
- Expand the SHAPE framework, focusing on diversity and protected characteristics.
- Work term time only: 37 hours week, 40 weeks per year.

Salary: £32,523 – £36,566 per annum (pro‑rated to reflect the weeks worked).
