Aboutthe role

As an Assistant Team Leader for the Princes Trust, you will support the recruitment of young people across the College. You will be responsible for assisting the team leader to deliver the required number of personal development programmes for 16-25 year olds, ensuring delivery complies with the structured 12-week stages and processes outlined in the Team Toolkit, the programmes minimum quality standards, all assessment criteria and any additional contractual obligations.

You will be required to work with the team leader to progress young people through the programme in line with local budgets, achieving a range of KPI targets including the number of young people recruited; their retention on the programme; and the qualifications and positive outcomes achieved.

What we can offer you

As the successful candidate, you will be offered a salary of between £25,826 – £28,534per annum (this will be pro-rata\’d to reflect the weeks worked) based upon a combination of the skills, knowledge and experience that you can bring to the role.
