Aboutthe role

This critical role will support the delivery of our strategic estates development projects to contribute to the implementation of the colleges new strategic plan 2025-2030.

Key responsibilities for the role include:

• Providing commercial and technical leadership for the colleges strategic estates developments including land acquisition, building of new facilities, and related commercial property agreements
• Ensuring that the strategic estates projects are delivered within agreed budgets and deadlines and to stakeholder satisfaction
• Procuring and managing professional teams and contractors to deliver the strategic projects
• Actively engaging with key stakeholders and civic institutions to build close working and supportive partnerships to ensure advocacy and commitment for our projects
• Engaging with relevant funders to realise the strategic projects through helping to secure financial support

What we can offer you

As the successful candidate, you will be offered a salary of between £60,407 – £70,028per annum based upon a combination of the skills, knowledge and experience that you can bring to the role.
