About the Role This is a great opportunity to join our Data Services and Exams (DSE) team, where we put our students at the heart of everything we do. You will support all aspects of a learner\\\\\\\’s journey from enrolment to achievement. This is a hybrid role, working on site three days out of five days, there are times during the year where you will need to be on site all week to meet the needs of the service. You will develop a range of skills and be involved with a wide variety of tasks to support our students to achieve their potential and you will develop an in-depth of understanding of Further Education funding models. The role is within a large Professional Services team in the College that processes well over 10,000 students\\\\\\\’ enrolments a year – you will help register, maintain the registrations, claim results and work with the data for our student’s. You will be involved in the huge number of exams we arrange throughout the academic year. Key Responsibilities Responsible for the accurate and efficient input and updating of all aspects of student examination data, through the processing of exam registrations and achievements, to agreed quality and productivity standards To support Exam Officers with verification checks to ensure exam data accuracy Complete administrative tasks in the Data Services and Exams team.
