Walton Hall Academy are looking for an experienced and well-organised Receptionist/Admin Assistant to join their friendly team!

Example of your duties will include:

  • Deal with complex reception/Visitor matters.
  • Provide personal, administrative and organisational support to other staff.
  • Provide advice and guidance to staff, pupils and others.
  • Manage manual and computerised record/information systems.
  • Liaise with parents to obtain information as necessary.

Walton Hall is situated in a rural setting just outside of Eccleshall in Staffordshire. It is a unique academy with extensive grounds and outstanding vocational resources that make the "Walton Hall Experience" of education a very special one. Working Hours: 21 hours per week, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, Term Time only (38 weeks + 3 inset days) (based at Walton Hall, Eccleshall)
