We are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our team on a fixed-term contract until July 2027. There is potential for this role to be extended for the right candidate. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference in a child’s educational journey by providing 1:1 support for a pupil in Key Stage 2 (KS2) in a classroom environment and on the playground during social times. You will play a vital role in supporting the pupil’s academic progress, emotional wellbeing, and social development within a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.
Hallwood Park Primary School and Nursery nurture its pupils by:
- Providing a safe, happy school in which pastoral care is given high priority by dedicated staff
- Expecting and promoting the highest standards of behaviour

Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 8.30am – 1pm - 22.5 hours per week – Term time plus 5 inset days
