We are looking for an exceptional Regional People Partner to join our People Team and work alongside Headteachers, Principals and leadership teams across a portfolio of academies. This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same, offering the opportunity to influence people strategy, support leaders through complex workforce challenges and help create positive, high‑performing workplaces.
Responsibilities
- As the dedicated HR partner for your allocated schools, you will provide practical, solutions‑focused advice across the full employee lifecycle, from employee relations and organisational change to workforce planning, wellbeing and leadership coaching.
- You will play a key role in developing leadership capability, supporting organisational effectiveness and ensuring our academies continue to attract, retain and develop talented colleagues.
Qualifications
- We are looking for someone who combines strong employment law knowledge with excellent interpersonal skills, sound judgement and a collaborative approach.
- Be confident managing complex casework, building credibility with senior leaders and balancing operational priorities with a strategic mindset.

This is a hybrid role, combining remote working with travel as required to a cluster of academies within North Midlands to Cheshire and Head Office in Kidsgrove for training and team meetings.
