The Shaw Education Trust is seeking a caring and motivated Special Educational Needs Support Assistant (SENSA) to support students with SEMH, SEND, autism and related needs at our specialist school in Stoke-on-Trent. You will work with teaching and pastoral staff to tailor support, helping students engage with learning and develop confidence, socially, emotionally and academically. You will provide one-to-one and small group support, promote positive behaviour, monitor wellbeing, and collaborate.
