Project Manager – Estates Team
You will lead exciting building and improvement projects across a mini family of around six schools—which could include Special Schools, Primaries, or Secondaries. You will get to know each school, their people, and what matters to them. You will become their trusted go-to person for making spaces safer, smarter, brighter, and brilliant for learning. You will play a big part in creating vibrant spaces that pupils and staff feel proud of every single day.
What you will be doing:
- Owning projects from planning to completion: budgets, timelines, contractors, and quality
- Keeping schools and senior leaders informed with clear, confident communication
- Delivering projects safely and compliantly, supported by strong systems and processes
- Turning great ideas into real results that make a difference
You will be joining a friendly, experienced, and supportive Estates team with clear processes and the right tools to help you succeed. Think of the role as a mix of:
- Construction Projects "Ninja"
- School Compliance "Black Belt"
- School Maintenance "Grand Master"
If you love variety, teamwork, and want a job where the impact of your work is visible every single day, this is the role for you. No two days look the same—but every day makes a difference.
