The predicted salary is between 27400 - 42600 £ per year.
We are seeking an experienced and committed EYFS Teacher to join our SEMH provision on a permanent, full-time basis from 30 April 2026. This is a classroom teacher role, leading a small EYFS class of 5–8 pupils. While the provision is EYFS in approach, some pupils may be older due to their additional and complex SEN needs.

You will be well supported by a dedicated behaviour and safeguarding team, working collaboratively to ensure pupils feel safe, regulated, and ready to learn. The learning environment includes a newly renovated outdoor area with a canopy, allowing for continuous provision and high-quality outdoor learning throughout the year.

Our mission is to empower young minds and nurture futures, ensuring that every student reaches their full potential. We are a split site school with two provisions to meet different needs, one at Trent Vale and one at Blythe Bridge. We have an amazing staff team who work tirelessly to support approximately 140 pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs.
As a specialist school, our pupils benefit from smaller class sizes, a more practical curriculum, access to alternative accreditations and a highly trained staff team. Both sites have spacious grounds allowing us to provide outdoor education, with our Blythe Bridge site boasting specialist classrooms for Design and technology, Art and Design, Science, Food technology and PE.
