We are looking for two friendly, dedicated, and qualified Early Years Practitioner (Level 3) to join our welcoming team.

As a Grade 4 Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will:

  • Support the development, learning, and wellbeing of children aged 0–5.
  • Plan and deliver engaging activities that meet children’s individual needs.
  • Work closely with other staff, parents, and carers to provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.
  • Observe, assess, and record children’s progress to support their learning journey.

About You:

  • You hold a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner qualification.
  • You have experience working with young children in a nursery, preschool, or early years setting.
  • You are patient, caring, and enthusiastic about supporting children’s development.
  • You are a team player with excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality Read Write Inc. phonics sessions in small groups and one-to-one settings.
  • Provide tailored support to children, helping to raise attainment in reading, writing, and early numeracy.
  • Work collaboratively with class teachers to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
  • Assist in tracking pupil progress and adapting support strategies accordingly.
  • Foster a positive, nurturing atmosphere that promotes resilience and a love of learning.

Working hours: Monday to Friday – 32.5 hours – 38 weeks plus 5 inset days.
