We are currently seeking a passionate and professional Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our committed team. This is a varied and rewarding role that will involve:
- Leading interventions that make a real impact in literacy, numeracy, social communication, and sensory needs
- Teaching lessons and providing high-quality cover when required
- Coordinating staff cover, timetables, and supporting smooth daily operations
- Overseeing and maintaining student plans (profiles, behaviour, medical and care) in partnership with families and professionals
- Providing pastoral and behaviour support through mentoring, restorative practice, and targeted programmes
- Planning, delivering, and coordinating bespoke, individualised learning programmes for students who are struggling to access lessons
- Supporting the organisation and scheduling of reviews and meetings with staff, students, parents, and external professionals
