The Sharpham Trust based near Totnes, England, is seeking an experienced Retreat Venue Manager to run Sharpham House, the Coach House, seasonal campsite and holiday lets. You will lead a small team, manage bookings, and ensure guest comfort and safety across all venues.
You will coordinate staff rotas, liaise with internal retreat leaders and external hire groups, and uphold the Trust’s mindfulness and sustainability ethos. The role is full-time and requires travel to the venues as needed.
