Thanks to a new funding source, East Shallowford Farm is looking for a Programme Manager to join our small but mighty team - and help us shape the next chapter of 50 years of making a difference. This is a genuinely exciting and brand new role for someone who cares deeply about outdoor education, young people and the power of nature to change lives. You'll lead the delivery of our educational programmes, develop new curriculum-linked activities, work with schools and youth groups, and help us grow our reach - all from one of the most beautiful working farms on Dartmoor.
