We are looking for Volunteer Retail Key Holders within our retail shops. You will support the Shop Manager and Assistant Manager by helping to open and close the shop, supporting and supervising volunteers during trading hours and ensuring the shop runs smoothly and safely when staff are not present. You will play an important part in representing the charity, supporting other volunteers, and providing excellent customer service.
